I have bought and sold 8 homes in my life, and have never had such a great realtor. Colin arranged for contractors to meet us at the house at the same time to get multiple bids for flooring and painting. He also arranged for estate sale companies to meet with us all on the same day and time frame. It was so convenient. We never even had to list the house in the multiple listings as he had a buyer as soon as other realtors knew it was about to be listed. We got top dollar.
