I wish that I could give Colin ten stars! He has helped my husband and me sell our home in beautiful San Clemente. Colin acted as a project manager for us, helping us with contacts, going the extra mile, always keeping us well-informed, holding our hands when we needed it, being an Excellent Real Estate Agent, as well as an all-around great guy on top of it. Hiring Colin will be the best decision that you ever make.

I have bought and sold 8 homes in my life, and have never had such a great realtor. Colin arranged for contractors to meet us at the house at the same time to get multiple bids for flooring and painting. He also arranged for estate sale companies to meet with us all on the same day and time frame. It was so convenient. We never even had to list the house in the multiple listings as he had a buyer as soon as other realtors knew it was about to be listed. We got top dollar. Colin is also a very nice and professional person. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis. I would give him ten stars if that were an option.

Our home search started in September of 2021, and after a year of putting in offers on homes all over Orange County, we were still searching. In December of 2022, our good friends successfully purchased a home in a very competitive market (San Clemente) with a realtor, Colin Farris. Colin had also helped another couple we were friends with find their dream home in historic Santa Ana a few years prior.
